Transform Diabetes Landing Page
A team of SMEs and analysts at a healthcare giant was responsible for the launch and promotion of a “Transform Diabetes” program, focused on condition management and behavioral change. My role included content design, CMS modeling and entry, analytical tagging, and dev support through release. I partnered with a visual designer, and together we established a relationship with this new team previously unknown to our department. We also took the lead and coached the product team through accessibility concerns, as they had not prepared the transcript for a video, aside from other issues.
Care Paths
A new feature designed to personalize healthcare experiences. Each Care Path focused on one specific condition, from diabetes and joint health to pregnancy and smoking cessation. I served as principal content designer from ideation through deployment. Challenges included defining the product itself in support of the product team, short timelines, and vast numbers of educational materials I modeled and populated in the CMS. The project also required outreach and coordination between many disparate groups, as we determined ways of bringing details on claims, medications, providers, care kits, and educational materials to one place.
